摘要 切削参数的选择对铣削加工的表面质量影响较大,在保证加工效率的前提下提高球头铣削加工的表面质量具有重要的意义。采用数学建模的方式,建立基于响应曲面法的球头铣削三维表面形貌仿真模型,以表面形貌(三维表面形貌算数平均偏差)S_(ba)作为衡量表面质量的技术指标,分析各切削参数对其影响规律,并结合加工效率数学模型,多目标优化切削参数。研究表明,在保证其它加工条件不变的前提下,三维表面形貌的算术平均偏差与每齿进给量f_z和径向切深a_e呈正相关关系,而切削速度v_c和轴向切深a_p的影响不显著。优化后的5组切削参数在表面形貌和加工效率方面都有较好表现。 The surface quality of milling is directly affected by the selection of cutting parameters. To improve the surface quality of ball-nose milling under the constant processing efficiency condition is significative in engineering field. A surface topography simulation model in ball-nose milling based on Response Surface Methodology( RSM) is built with the use of mathematical modeling. In this paper,the influence rule between cutting parameters and surface topography is analyzed. Combined with the mathematical model of processing efficiency,the multi-objectives optimization is taken. This research is indicated that feed per tooth and radial depth of cut have great significant influence on the surface topography,but the other two parameters,cutting speed and axial depth of cut are insignificant. The 5 groups of optimal cutting parameters have good performance both in the two aims.
