摘要
起落架弯管嘴类工件主要借助车床通过四爪夹持车削而成,但高精度的弯管嘴工件受制于四爪装夹定位精度影响,不能获得良好的尺寸精度。在对比传统弯管嘴工件加工的基础上,对高精度弯管嘴工件采用新的加工理念。外型面首次采用弹簧夹头延伸工件夹持长度,借助四轴机床一次装夹完成所有外型面加工,管嘴采用"一面两销"组合定位的多向定位心轴装置。经生产实践验证,多向定位心轴+弹簧夹头的加工方法找正便捷,工件拆装容易,加工效率高。
The gear bending nozzle type of artifacts is processed mainly with the help of a lathe through four jaw clamping cutting. For the high precision bending nozzle workpiece,subject to the effect of four jaw clamping position precision cannot get good dimensional accuracy. In contrast to traditional bend mouth workpiece processing,the high precision bending nozzle adopts a new processing ideas: in exterior surface,by using extension spring clamp of workpiece clamping length for the first time,with the help of four axis machine tool clamping,completes all exterior surface processing. The pipe nozzle adopts the multi-directional positioning spindle device with "one side and two pin"positioning. The ruselts are verified by production practice: positioning garment processing method of arbor + collet chuck is easy to find convenient and open outfit,workpiece machining efficiency is high,can be used as high precision bending nozzle of a mechanical processing scheme.
