摘要
椭圆形插铣加工时的插孔中心连线为渐曲线,方程繁琐且计算困难,而对于椭圆深腔加工最为关键的便是一系列插铣孔中心的定位。通过对目前常用的插铣孔中心的几种定位方法进行比较,基于等误差控制理念,借助合理的数学模型,再采用迭代算法来解决定位计算,并编制通用的数控宏程序加工完成工件模拟及实物加工,提高编程的工作效率,做到编程和加工"双"高效。
The line of center hole is a easement or transition curve with tedious equation and dyscalculia,the most important thing of milling hole is located the center for oval deep cavity machining. Several kinds of common positioning methods of hole center milling are compared based on equal error control concept for reasonable mathematical model. The workpiece cutting is completed by NC macro program for processing,the work efficiency of programming and machining are also enhanced.
