二维凸台类零件的不同刀路对比

摘要 比较了二维凸台类零件采用外形、挖槽和二维高速加工3种刀路的应用时机、优劣及试验效果。结果表明:外形刀路的刀具负载稳定,适于周边去除材料量较小的凸台;挖槽刀路操作简单,自动化程度高,但第一刀容易满刀切入,刀具受力最大,并且在切出口产生厚切屑,切削方向和切削载荷多变,极大地降低了刀具寿命;二维高速加工刀路兼有外形和挖槽刀路的优点,刀具负载稳定,切削过程光顺稳定,减少了切削方向的突然变化,加工表面质量高,适于去除材料较多的凸台,可完全替代传统的挖槽刀路。 This paper compares the application time,advantages,disadvantages and empirical results of 2 D boss type parts by using the contour tool path,the pocket tool path and the 2 D HSM tool path. The results show that the tool load of the contour tool path is stable and suitable for the boss removing with small amount of material in surrounding area. The pocket tool path has simple operation and high degree of automation,but the first knife is easy to cut with the maximum force and produces thick chips at the cutout. The cutting direction and the cutting load are variable,and the tool life is greatly reduced. The two-dimension tool path combines the advantages of the contour tool path and the pocket tool path. The tool load is stable,the cutting process is smooth and stable. The sudden change of the cutting direction is reduced,and the machining surface quality is high. It is suitable for removal of more convex materials,which can completely replace the pocket tool path.
