摘要
通过切削丝锥铲背量曲线对其扭力变化影响的分析对比,综合运用扭力曲线积分面积和最小二乘法点集数据的拟合相关理论及知识,对丝锥铲背量及其测量进行了研究和探讨。试验表明,铲背量曲线的变化是直接影响丝锥工作扭力和丝锥寿命的关键,通过建立丝锥铲背量测量的模式,并运用数学模型研究测量中的采样方式,为丝锥铲背量的测量提供了可借鉴的理论依据。
By analyzing the influence of tap eccentric relief curve on the torque force change,the theory of the integral area of torsion curve and the point set data fitting of least square method are applied based on the actual tap machining. The measurement methods of the eccentric relief amount of the tap are studied. It is found that the change of the eccentric relief curve is the key to directly affecting the working torque and the tap life. Finally,the model for measuring the tap eccentric relief amount is proposed to study the sampling method in measurement,therefore it providies a theoretical basis for the eccentric relief amount measurement of tap.
