国内外细支卷烟设计参数对比及国内细支烟用卷烟纸特性分析

Parameter Comparison between Chinese and International Superslim Cigarette and Characteristics Analysis on Cigarette Paper Used on Chinese Superslim Cigarette

对比国内外细支烟设计参数差异,对国内细支烟主要设计特点及其卷烟纸特性进行研究。开展实验设计,对开放吸阻、封闭吸阻等烟支设计参数,通风率等滤棒设计参数和透气度、助燃剂含量等卷烟纸设计参数进行测定,表明国内细支烟采用相对较高的卷烟纸透气度、助燃剂含量和烟支吸阻,以及相对较低的滤棒通风率。在烟支和滤棒方面:1)开放吸阻主要分布在1 200~1 600 Pa;2)滤棒通风率主要分布在24%~48%,与焦油含量相关。根据卷烟纸特性的分析提出相关建议:1)选用全麻卷烟纸有利于突现烟草本香;2)适当提高滤嘴通风率、降低卷烟纸透气度至50 CU或40 CU,有潜力提高卷烟抽吸前后的一致性;3)尽可能选择低定量的卷烟纸,以降低对烟草本香的影响;4)助燃剂以混合柠檬酸盐为主,以减少"掉火头"现象。

The main design characteristics of domestic superslim cigarette and the characteristics of its cigarette paper are studied by comparing the design parameters of Chinese and international superslim cigarettes. By carrying out the experimental design, cigarette design parameters including open resistance and closed resistance, filter rod design parameters including ventilation rate and cigarette paper design parameters including air permeability and combustion agent content are determine, indicating that the Chinese superslim cigarette has relatively high air permeability, combustion agent content and resistance, and relatively low ventilation rate. For cigarette and filter rod： 1） the open resistance is mainly distributed in 1 200 Pa^1 600 Pa; 2） the ventilation rate of the filter rod is mainly distributed in 24%~48%, which is related to the tar content. Relevant suggestions are put forward per the analysis of cigarette paper： 1） selecting the full hemp cigarette paper is conducive to the emergence of original aroma; 2） appropriately increasing the ventilation rate and reducing the air permeability to 50 CU or 40 CU have the potential to improve the consistency of the cigarette smoking; 3） choosing the low cigarette paper quantity to one＇s utmost can reduce the influence on the original aroma; 4） the combustion supporting agent should mainly be mixed citrate to reduce the ＂head off＂ phenomenon.
