科技成果转化效率及企业规模与技术创新——基于高技术服务企业的实证研究

Science & Technology Convention Efficiency,Firm Size and Technology Innovation——Empirical Research Based on High-Tech Service Enterprises

基于企业技术创新的两阶段价值链视角，从科技成果转化效率和企业规模角度出发，通过非平衡面板数据的固定效应，探索我国高技术服务业技术创新水平的提升路径。研究发现，科技成果转化效率对高技术服务企业技术创新效率提升有显著正向影响，而企业规模对于企业技术创新效率提升并不存在正向线性影响，甚至存在负向线性影响。同时，企业规模负向调节企业科技成果转化效率同企业技术创新的关系。

Based on the angle of value chain in two stages of enterprise innovation, this paper studies the ascension path of technological innovation in China high-teeh service industry through the fixed effects on the unbalanced panel data from the perspective of S＆T convention efficiency and firm size. Results show that, S＆T convention efficiency has a significant posi- tive impact on the efficiency of technological innovation of enterprises, while the firm size has no positive, even has negative impact on the efficiency of technological innovation of enterprises. At the same time, the scale of the enterprises negatively moderates the S＆T convention efficiency on technology innovation.
