长江经济带全要素生态绩效评价研究——基于非径向方向性距离函数 被引量:3

Study on Total-factor Ecological Performance in the Yangtze River Economic Belt——Based on Non-radial Directional Distance Function

摘要 生态足迹作为生态投入与资本和劳动力两大生产要素一起纳入生产函数中,运用非径向方向性距离函数构建全要素生态绩效指标,并对2000~2014年长江经济带进行了实证研究。研究发现,长江经济带生态足迹在2000~2014年呈上升趋势,且各省市在生态足迹总量和增长率方面均呈现出显著差异。长江经济带整体及中、下游的全要素生态绩效在2000—2014年间呈现出“先下降,后波动”的变化趋势;而上游呈现出“先下降,后上升”的趋势。上、中、下游全要素生态绩效差异显著,呈现出上游-中游-下游梯次上升态势。长江经济带各省市的全要素生态绩效存在显著差异,除了安徽和贵州这两个生态绩效塌陷省份外,大体呈现出由西向东逐步提升的分布态势;同时,生态绩效地区差距呈缩小趋势。 The ecological footprint (EF) which is taken as ecological indicator as well as two production factors of capital and labor is incorporated into the production function. Then the non-radial directional distance function is employed to construct the total-factor ecological performance ( TFEP ) index to conduct an empirical analysis for the Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB) from 2000 to 2014. Results show that, firstly, the EF of the YREB shows an increasing trend from 2000 to 2014, and there exists significant differences in the mean value and average annual growth rate of EF among regions of YREB. And it's middle and lower reaches all shows an evolution trend of "decline first and then fluctuate" from 2000 to 2014, while that of the upper reach presents a "decline first and then rise" trend. The TFEP is found with significant regional differences among the three areas, which presents agradient ascending trend of upper - middle - lower reach. Thirdly, there exists significant provincial disparity of TFEP in the YREB. Except for the two provinces of Anhui and Guizhou with the Collapse of TFEP, the distribution pattern of TFEP displays a gradual increase from west to east. Meanwhile, the regional disparity of TFEP in the YREB is found with a narrowing trend.
