我国水禽产业发展现状及制约因素分析

Analysis on the Current Development Situation and Restrictive Factors of Waterfowl Industrialization in China

根据现有的信息数据对我国水禽产业整体发展现状及存在的问题进行了总结。尽管我国水禽养殖数量稳中有升,产量逐年递增,但总体养殖水平偏低,种禽市场长期被国外企业垄断,养殖过程中禽病暴发严重,各项标准制定滞后,对环境污染依旧严重,水禽产业链逐步形成,但产业布局不甚合理,水禽产品加工层次仍有较大的上升空间等问题。针对以上不足,提出相应的建议,以期为我国水禽养殖业的发展提供有益参考。

The current development situation and existing problems of waterfowl industry in China were summarized in this paper based on the existing data. The overall production level was still low although the quantity of wterfowl breeding had increased. The market of breeder waterfowl had been monopolized by foreign enterprises. Epidemic diseases outbroke frequently accompanied by various lagged standards. Environmental pollution caused a serious problem in waterfowl production. The waterfowl industry chain was gradually formed, but the industrial layout was not very reasonable,and the processing level of waterfowl products still had the potential to promote and so on. In view of the above problems, there were corresponding suggestions to provide useful reference for the development of waterfowl industry in China.
