摘要 试验旨在研究不同剂量的鸡α-干扰素对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫功能的影响,以确定鸡α-干扰素的适宜注射剂量。120只1日龄AA肉鸡随机分为4组,每组3个重复。第1组为对照组,肌肉注射生理盐水0.6 mL/只;第2~4组为试验组,分别肌肉注射1 000 U、10 000 U和100 000 U鸡α-干扰素0.6 mL/只。结果显示:第3组肉鸡的平均体重显著高于第1组(P<0.05),全净膛率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);第3、4组十二指肠肠壁厚度显著薄于第1组(P<0.05);试验组回肠肠壁厚度显著薄于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,鸡α-干扰素注射液具有改善肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的作用,适宜注射剂量为10 000 U/只。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of different doses of chicken α-interferon on growth performance, carcass traits and immune function of broilers, and to determine the appropriate injection dose of chicken α-interferon. 120 one-day-age AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group. Group 1 as the control group was intramuscularly injected with 0.6 mL saline per bird. Group 2 to 4 were the experimental groups and intramuscularly injected with 0.6 mL chicken α-interferon containing 1 000 U, 10 000 U and100 000 U for one bird, respectively. The results showed that the weight gain of broliers in group 3 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05); The eviscerating percentage of group 3 was significantly higher than those of the other groups(P〈0.05); The thickness of duodenal intestinal wall in groups 3 and 4 was significantly thinner than that of the control group(P〈0.05); The thickness of ileum wall in the experimental groups were significantly thinner than that of the control group(P〈0.05). It was concluded that chicken α-interferon injection had the effects of improving growth performance and carcass traits of broilers, and the suitable injection dose was 10 000 U per bird.
