股骨转子间骨折内侧壁损伤的研究现状

Current research on medial wall injuries in femoral intertrochanteric fracture

股骨转子间内侧壁是股骨转子间内侧骨皮质最主要传导压力部分,其是否完整直接关系到股骨转子间骨折是否稳定。股骨转子间骨折内侧壁损伤情况,可对内固定手术疗效产生巨大影响,是直接决定内固手术是否成功的关键因素之一。该文将对股骨转子间骨折内侧壁损伤对内固定手术影响及内侧壁重建的研究进展进行综述。

The medial wall of femoral intertrochanteric part plays most important role for pressure bearing, therefore,whether or not this part keep intact is directly related to the stability of intertrochanteric fractures. Intertrochanteric fractures accompanied with the medial wall injuries have a tremendous impact on decision making and success of internal fixation. This article reviews the current researches on the medial wall injuries in intertrochanteric fractures.
