摘要
越是在教育讲演兴隆的时代,越需要对各类讲演保持理性和反思,越需要讲演者对自己的行为进行约束与管控。根据讲演者使用语言的方式和风格,可以将教育讲演分为三种形态:表演、表现和表白。表演式讲演使用机巧性教育语言,以取悦听众为唯一目的,背离了教育的公共性品质;表现式讲演使用工具性语言,重视讲演的外在形式和功利化诉求,放逐了教育的教化和启蒙价值;表白式讲演使用本源性教育语言,以敞开自我、激活良知为使命,回归了教育的公共品质与教化功能。努力避免讲演的表演性成分、减少讲演的形式化特征,趋近表白式讲演,应该成为当下讲演者的自觉担当。
The more the education speech is booming, the more we need to be rational and reflective on all kinds of education speech, and the more it is necessary for lecturers in education to constrain and control their actions. There are three forms of education speech according to the language style and ways that the speakers use: performance, behavior and confession. The performing speech uses dexterous education lan- guage, and the only purpose of it is to please the audience, which departs from the public quality of educa- tion. The behavioral speech employs instrumental language and attaches importance to the external form and utilitarian demands, banishing the value of civilization and enlightenment of education. The confes- sional speech applies original education language with opening oneself and activating conscience as the mis- sion, which returns to the public quality and function of education. Therefore, the speakers should bear the responsibilities of avoiding the performing elements of lecture, reducing the formal feature of speech, and approaching the confessional speech consciously.
