摘要
学生评教是高等教育师生间的一种博弈行为。现行高等教育学生评教中存在着分数失真、学生消极、教师质疑等问题,究其根源在于学生评教机制存在博弈角色定位不准、博弈信息不透明、博弈者利益未充分实现等制度性缺陷。要解决这些问题应从建立以问题为导向的学生评教机制、强化师生评教意识、建立有效的信息沟通机制、保障师生核心利益等方面对学生评教制度进行改革,从而实现以学生评教促进教学发展、提高教学质量的根本目的。
Students’ evaluation of teaching( SET) process is a kind of game between teachers and students. At present,the main problems of SET are the score distortion,students’ negligence and teachers’ questioning,which are due to the institutional defects of existing SET system,i.e.,the game players are misrepresented,the game information is not transparent and the game players’ interests are neglected. To overcome these problems,it is necessary to reform the existing SET systems from the following aspects: establishing problem-oriented SET systems,strengthening the awareness of teachers and students to SET,establishing efficient communication mechanism of teachers and students,protecting the core interests of teachers and students,etc. These methods will make SET much more effective to promote teaching development and improve teaching quality for higher education.
