近年来我国汽车工业的的飞速发展也促进了汽车冲压零部件加工产业的发展,大批量高自动化生产技术的应用导致传统的手工线模具已经无法满足生产要求。针对某车型侧围外板模具的自动化改造,分析了其模具结构和冲压工艺,提出改进方案及整改措施。

In recent years, the rapid development of automobile industry in China has alsopromoted the development of automobile stamping parts processing industry. The application oflarge volume and high automation production technology has led to the traditional manual linedie has been unable to meet the production requirements. This paper is mainly aimed at theautomatic improvement of the outer panel die of a vehicle, analyzes the die structure andstamping process, and puts forward the improvement plan and rectification measures.
