摘要
将传统机械驱动成形和气动驱动成形从结构和工作上进行了分析和对比,结果表明:两种形式需要根据零件的特点和客户需求合理选择。当顶盖零件复杂,传统驱动空间受限无法满足设计要求时,采用气动驱动不仅能够满足使用,而且能减少冲压工序,从而解决压机生产线不足的制约。采用合理的气动驱动形式不仅能够缩短生产周期、提高生产效率,而且符合低碳环保汽车发展规划。
In this paper, a series of analysis and comparison for structure and work are carriedout between traditional drive forming and pneumatic drive forming, the research show that twokinds of forming can be able to used for their adaptive place by characteristics of the parts andcustomer needs. When the roof is complex, the traditional drive forming can't meet the designrequirements due to limited space, it's necessary to considering the pneumatic drive forming forstructure design, which can be able to reduce the stamping processes, so as to solve insufficientpress production line. Therefore the reasonable aerodynamic driving mode is favourable forcutting down the production cycle and improving the production efficiency as well asenvironmental protection advocated in the automobile project.
