IC冲模凸模光学投影磨床加工工艺及其标准工时的研究

摘要 针对于我司IC导线框架冲模凸模的特殊形态,依据光学投影磨床加工的特点,分析各加工参数对加工品质、效率的影响,收集中等熟练人员各细步作业动作,利用IE手法,整理各动作的属性及其与工件形态的相关性,寻求基本作业时间的计算方法,并测算出准备终了作业时间、辅助作业时间的消耗标准,从而获得该类零件在光学投影磨床上粗、精加工的标准工艺和标准工时。 In view of the special shape of the die punch of IC wire frame, according to thecharacteristics of the processing of the optical projection grinder, the influence of the processingparameters on the processing quality and efficiency is analyzed. The fine step operation of theskilled personnel, such as collecting and concentrating, is made,and the properties of each actionand the correlation with the form of the workpiece are sorted by the means of IE. The calculationmethod of the basic operation time is sought, and the consumption standard for the finaloperation time and the auxiliary working time is calculated, so as to obtain the standard processand standard time for the rough and fine processing of the parts on the optical projection grinder.
