摘要 "中高职衔接"作为国家教育发展战略由来已久,与构建"职业教育体系"同步产生。中职教育与高职教育有效衔接,不仅是中、高职教育本身的需要,也是建立现代职业教育体系的需要。文章以成都职业技术学院为例,围绕"3+N"集团化办学模式、中高职联络员制度、中高职衔接效果等方面进行研究,以期为我国中高职有效衔接提供一定的参考和启示。 As a national educational development strategy, "the link between middle and higher vocational education" has emerged long before, which is in sync with the construction of "vocational education system". The effective link between middle and higher vocational education is not only the need of vocational education itself but also the need of building modern vocational education system. Taking Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic as an example, this paper studies the "3+N" collectivized school-running mode, the liaison staff system in the middle and higher vocational colleges, and the effects of linking the middle and higher vocational colleges, aiming to provide a certain reference and enlightenment for the effective link between middle and higher vocational education.
