摘要
针对典型冲孔落料复合模具,应用故障模式影响及严重度矩阵分析(FMECA)方法,开展了模具设计、制造和使用中的故障逻辑关系及影响研究。结果表明冲孔落料复合模具故障主要由制造误差造成,来自于工作零件、定位零件、卸料与紧固类零件冲孔落料复合模具的大部分故障,都能在模具装配或试模阶段发现。装配修模及试模调试工作有利于减少冲压模具故障。
Taking the typical punching and blanking compound die as the study object, by using FMECA(Fault Matrix Effect Analysis and Severity Matrix Analysis), the fault logic relation and influence study in the process of mould design, manufacture and use are carried out. The result shows that stamping die failures are mainly caused by the manufacturing errors, and most of the faults from working parts, locating parts, unloading and fastening parts can be found in the mold assembly or test mode, so the repairing and debugging work is particularly important to reduce stamping die failure.
