大学生创新创业过程是一项惠及学生、家庭和国家社会的系统工程,高校辅导员作为大学生日常教育管理的第一责任人,积极参与大学生创新创业过程显得十分必要。发挥引导者、管理者、疏导者和推动者的重要角色,发掘对创新创业政策成效的正负反馈机制和对大学生品德教育与法制教育的良性反馈机制。提出增能法则、求变法则和期待法则,形成应对风险的规避法则。

The process of college students ＇innovation and entrepreneurship is a systematic project that benefits students, families and national society. As the first responsible person for the daily education management of college students, it is very necessary to actively participate in the process of college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship. To correct the important role of their leaders,managers, facilitators and promoters, to explore the positive and negative feedback mechanism for the effectiveness of entrepreneurship policies, and to the positive feedback mechanism of college students ＇moral education and legal education is the main point. We propose that the law of energy enhancement, the law of change and the law of expectation form the law of risk avoidance.
