河北省独立学院毕业生就业竞争力研究

Study on the Employment Competitiveness of Independent College Graduates in Hebei Province

通过问卷调查的方法,对河北独立学院毕业生就业竞争力特点进行了系统分析,发现独立学院毕业生普遍就业心态不成熟;想象力丰富而实践能力较差;信息面广而学业成绩欠佳。形成这种特点的原因既有学生自身素质方面的,也有家庭环境影响方面的,还有学校教学方面的。针对这几方面原因提出了几点提高学生就业竞争力的建议:端正学生就业心态,提高其综合素质;削弱家庭环境对学生就业的不利影响;强化独立学院实践教学。

By means of questionnaire survey, this paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of employment competitiveness of independent college graduates in Hebei province. It is found that the employment mentality of independent college graduates is immature, with rich imagination and poor practical ability, as well as extensive information and poor academic performance. The phenomenon is attributed to the quality of the students themselves, the impact of the family environment, and the teaching of schools. In view of the above reasons, some suggestions are put forward to improve the employment competitiveness of students, such as correcting students employment mentality and improving their comprehensive quality, weakening the negative impacts of the family environment on the students＇ employment, strengthening the practice teaching of Independent colleges, and so on.
