中国中小型制造企业的生命历程中,因技术因素而发展停滞甚至衰亡的现象非常普遍,惟有少数企业藉由知识产权方面的优势成长、壮大。本文通过Q公司案例的剖析,梳理中小制造型企业在知识产权零的突破、滚雪球式增长、知识产权资本化等方面的作为,以明了企业知识产权能力对生命历程的影响,汲取有利于中小企业成长的战略和管理元素。

In life courses of Chinese small and medium manufacturing enterprises, it is very common that they stagnate or even die due to the lack of technical innovation, but only a few enterprises have grown with an advantage intellectual property.By analyzing the case of Ningbo Qinyuan Group in combination of the SME in intellectual property rights in its breakthrough,snowball type growth, and the capitalization of intellectual property, this paper clearly shows the influence of SME intellectual property＇s rights in their life courses, and draws the elements of the strategies and the management beneficial to the growth of the SMEs.
