On the Establishment and Perfection of the Supervision Mechanism Over government Purchase in China

政府采购是国际上通行的公共财政支出的一种重要方式。实践表明,有效的监督机制是政府采购制度实施的重要保障。在我国,政府采购的监督机制尚不健全。为促进政府采购的顺利发展,必须尽快建立和完善政府采购的监督机制。

Being one of the important modes in public finance expenditures,government purchase is commonly adopted internationally. Practice,however,shows that effective supervision mechanism is the very important guarantee fir the smooth operation of government purchase. A sound supervision mechanism in China has not yet been running properly at present. It is, therefore, imperative for China to estalish and perfect such a system in a timely manner.
