高职新生入学适应期开展同伴教育的探索――以浙江电大新昌学院的实践探索为例 被引量:3

摘要 入学适应期是大学生步入校门的一个重要阶段,也是各类问题频发的阶段,高职新生在适应大学生活方面面临巨大的挑战,特别是在人际交往、自我意识、恋爱等方面存在较多的问题。以往传统的师生教育方式已无法满足当今高职学生独立自主与多元化的教育需求,教育效果不佳。在高职新生教育领域,同伴教育以其可接受性、适宜性、参与性、经济性等优势,具有广阔的应用空间。本文以本校高职新生同伴教育活动的开展实践为依托,通过研究同伴教育的作用,探索在高职新生入学适应期开展同伴教育的途径,以帮助高职新生更好地度过入学适应期。 The period of adaptation is an important stage for students at the beginning of college life. It's also a stage with all kinds of problems that freshmen will definitely meet and have to overcome, especially in interpersonal-relations, self-awareness and love affairs. The unsatisfied effect of traditional education cannot meet the need of independent and diversified vocational college students. Peer education can be widely used in vocational freshmen's education for its acceptability, suitability, participation and economic efficiency. This paper researches the effect of peer education by the practice of freshman's peer education activities in Ningbo Radio TV University and other higher insititions in Ningbo. It also explores the way to carry out peer education for freshmen's adaptation in vocational college..
