摘要
在钻井作业中,悬重是一项非常重要的参数。司钻人员通过悬重的变化,再加上其他参数,就可以综合判断井下的状况以及钻具的情况。如果悬重值不准,或有大范围偏离,就会对司钻人员造成判断上的失误,从而可能导致钻井事故或更严重的后果。对悬重表读数的来源进行研究,其直接取决于死绳固定器上的传感器受力。通过受力分析,可知死绳固定器限位块的状况,会对传感器受力造成影响,从而影响悬重表读数,使得读数会比实际值小。
During drilling operation, hookload is a very important parameter. Driller by means of the change ofhookload value, add other parameter in considering, can comprehensively judge the situation of well downholeand drilling string. If the hookload value is inaccuracy, or wide range deviation, would cause driller to make mis-take on judgement, thereby lead to drilling accident. The scheme research the source of hookload meter reading,point to it directly depend on the stress on deadline anchor sensor. Through the force analysis, point to the situa-tion of deadline anchor limit stop will affect the stress on sensor, accordingly affects hookload meter reading, andwill make the reading value less than actual value.
