对土壤样品的前处理分别采用全自动样品消解仪及微波消解仪进行消解,按照国标法测定土壤样品中砷的含量。结果显示采用全自动样品消解仪消解土壤样品,操作简单、方便,最大程度保障了实验人员的安全,并且消解效果良好,测定结果准确可信。

This article is a contrast test about pretreatment of soil samples respectively with automated sampledigestion and microwave digestion instrument. According to the national standard method for determination of ar-senic in soil samples. Results show that the method of pretreatment of soil sample with automated sample diges-tion has many advantages, such as, the operation is simple, convenient, and with greatest extent to ensure thesafety of the researchers, dispelling effect is good, the measurement results are accurate and reliable.
