笔试应用于各行各业,在教育教学领域最为频繁。现阶段很多学校由于没有现成的统一试卷模板格式,导致教师出卷时在格式设计和排版上花费大量时间且样式不一,有失考试的严肃性和规范性。笔者以Word 2010为平台,利用VBA自动化的处理能力,设计并实现一键试卷模板生成系统,为学校提供一套统一、规范、标准的试卷模板格式。该系统不仅使卷面格式统一,设计规范,卷面美观;而且为教师减少工作量,减轻压力,提高效率。目前已在临泉县部分机关企事业单位知识竞赛及中小学校考试中广泛使用,并逐步推广。

Written examination is applied in all walks of life and is the most frequent in education field. At pres-ent, many schools have no a ready and unified form of examination papers, which causes teachers to spend a lotof time in format design and typesetting, and the styles are inconsistent. That will lose the seriousness and stan-dardization of the examination. In this paper, Word 2010 is used as a platform. the processing capability of VBAautomation is used to design and implement a one key test paper format generation system, It can provide a uni-form, standardized format for examination papers for schools. The system not only makes the format of examina-tion paper uniform, standardized and beautiful, but also reduces the workload and efficiency of teachers. Now,this system has been widely used in knowledge competitions in some organs and enterprises, especially in schoolexaminations of Linquan County, and has been gradually popularized.
