摘要
通过构建耦合协调模型,以变异系数确定指标权重,形成评价指标体系,结合2009—2015年统计数据,对陇南市城市经济与生态环境耦合协调发展状况进行了分析。研究发现:陇南市城市经济效益和耦合协调发展度均呈增长态势,而生态环境效益下降;2009—2012年城市经济发展滞后,2012—2015年间呈交互发展,并表现出生态环境滞后的趋势;2009—2015年耦合协调发展水平提高,当各子系统对全体的贡献率相同时,由初级协调发展到中级协调阶段,当生态贡献率增大时,生态环境效益对系统优化作用更显著。表明陇南市城市经济与生态环境耦合处于较低水平,生态压力大,需要加强生态建设,提高生态效益。
By constructing the coupling coordination model, the index weight is determined by the coeffi-cient of variation, the formation of evaluation index s-ystem, combined with the statistical data of 2009—2015,in Longnan City economic and ecological environment coordination development is analyzed. Found:(1) The ur-ban economic benefits and the degree of coupling and coordinated development in Longnan City show a growthtrend while the ecological and environmental benefits fall;(2) The urban economic development in 2009—2012 lags behind and shows an interactive development during 2012—2015, showing a trend of lagging ecological en-vironment.(3) From 2009 to 2015, the level of coupling and coordination development is improved. When thecontribution rates of all subsystems to the whole are the same, it is from primary coordination to intermediate co-ordination stage. When the contribution rate of ecology increases, the effect of ecological and environmentalbenefits on system optimization is more significant. It shows that the coupling between urban economy and eco-logical environment in Longnan City is at a low level and the ecological pressure is great. It is necessary tostrengthen ecological construction and improve ecological benefits.
