摘要
为开发微生物解钾菌肥料,采用钾长石为唯一钾源的选择性培养基,从贵州六盘水玉米地土壤分离初筛得到11株解钾菌。通过摇瓶释钾及火焰分光光度计测钾含量,复筛得到高效解钾菌株1株(LPSU2015K5),解钾率为1.84%。形态及革兰氏染色观察表明菌株LPSU2015K5具有荚膜,为革兰氏阴性杆菌。
In order to develop microbial fertilizer for utilization of potassium, 11 potassium solubilizing bac-terium strains were isolated from maize cultivated soil of Liupanshui, Guizhou by a selective medium in whichpotash feldspar power was treated as the only source of potassium. Through flask of potassium releasing andflame photometric determination of potassium content, one high potassium-releasing strain, LPSU2015 K5, wasobtained, potassium release rate was 1.84%. The preliminary observation on the morphology and physiologyshowed that the strain is a gram-negative, bacilliform bacterium with capsule.
