教师专业化视角下的“透明”幼儿园现象分析——基于《幼儿园教师专业标准》的思考 被引量:4

摘要 "透明"幼儿园是通过网络摄像头全程监控幼儿在园情况的幼儿园。它在督促教师实现专业成长的同时挤压着教师的工作空间。从教师专业化的角度来说,教师的专业理念不正确、师德失范,专业知识不扎实、专业能力有缺失等是促使其产生的一个重要原因。为了提升幼儿园教师的专业素养,政府、幼儿园管理者以及幼儿园教师都应该做出努力。 "Transparent"kindergarten is that kindergarten which allow people to monitor the kindergartennursery situation through the network camera. It urges teachers to achieve professional growth while squeezingteachers' work space. From the angle of teacher professionalization, there are several reasons for its emergencesuch as the teacher's professional idea is not correct, the teacher's morality is out of tune, the professionalknowledge is not solid, and the specialty is missing, and so on. In order to improve the professional quality ofkindergarten teachers, the government, kindergarten administrators and kindergarten teachers should make ef-forts.
