摘要 自我效能感作为影响商务英语实训教学的重要因素,是预测实训效果的最佳指标之一;分析影响师生实训活动中的主观效能因素,对提高商务英语实训的质量和效果有重要意义。通过定性与定量相结合的研究方法,对商务英语专业两个学期的实训活动进行了跟踪调查,发现影响师生自我效能感的因素相互交叉;除知识层面外,学生还受到性格、人际关系的影响,而教师则还受到个人成就感、工资待遇、科研福利的影响。从教学和教学管理角度探讨了商务英语实训教学中师生自我效能感的培养策略。 As an important factor affecting the teaching of business English, self-efficacy is one of the bestpredictors of training teaching effect. It is of great significance to improve the quality and effectiveness of busi-ness English training through the subjective efficacy analysis of teacher and student in training activities. Com-bining qualitative and quantitative methods, this thesis conducted a follow-up investigation of practical trainingfor business English majors for two semesters. This research found that factors affecting the self-efficacy ofteachers and students are intersect. Beyond the factors which are related to knowledge, students are also influ-enced by their personalities and relationships and teachers are also affected by personal achievement, salaryand research benefits. At last, the research discusses the strategies of improving the self-efficacy of teachersand students in the training of business English.
