摘要
经过多年探索,国内石油企业与外企石油公司合作已呈现出较为成熟的状态,合作开发业务日益频繁。2012年,壳牌公司对中国石油西南油气田公司ZT合作区块进行开发生产。生产实践发现,国外石油公司的开发管理技术有别于川内传统石油企业。通过梳理壳牌(ZT)对外合作区块组织管理模式,对比采气场站标准化建设、数字信息化建设及采气工艺异同,总结壳牌公司开发管理经验,结合国内采气场站运行现状,提出相关生产管理对策建议。
Now, the cooperation between Chinese and foreign petroleum companies is relatively mature, and also extending. Since 2012, Shell has developed ZT block in cooperation with Petro China Southwest Oil Gasfield Company. The practices show that the development management of two companies is quite different. In this paper, Shell's management mode in ZT block was analyzed. By comparing the practices in standardized construction, digital information construction, and gas production process in gas production stations, Shell's experience was summarized. And some countermeasures and suggestions on relevant production management were made depending on the operation status of gas production stations in China.
