一种贮存箱的抗震抗冲击性能评估

摘要 对一种贮存箱及内部贮存件进行有限元建模,给出了峰值加速度0.3 g的随机地震载荷、45 km/h初速度紧急制动、45 km/h初速度急转弯和50 km/h初速度追尾四种工况下的动态响应分析。通过应力分析判断贮存箱在贮存及运输状态下受到极端载荷时,贮存箱体、预紧钢索及内部贮存件是否发生屈服破坏,通过底面接触情况分析贮存平台是否发生滑移。比较了预紧钢索在不同铺设角度情况下结构的承载情况,给出了钢索布置的建议。 A finite element model of a storage tank and its storage piece is given in this study. The dynamic responses under four conditions are given: earthquake with 0. 3 g peak acceleration,emergency brake at 45 km/h,emergency turn at 45 km/h,rear-end collision at 50 km/h. Stress analysis is performed to see whether the ropes,the storage tank and the piece inside will yield under the above loads in both storage and transportation states. The contact of frame base is used to determine whether the storage tank will slide in transportation state. We compared stress of the structure under different connection angles of the ropes.
