Design of a Test Instrument for Missile Pyrotechnics

针对中继级以上修理机构和后方仓库多种型号导弹火工品测试的需要,设计了一种测试仪。在归纳分析测试需求的基础上,提出了设计方案,设计了测试电路并进行了仿真分析,给出了测试流程,着重对测试安全性进行了分析。结果表明,该测试仪能够较好地满足多种型号导弹火工品测试的需要,并能充分保证测试安全。

A test instrument is designed to meet the needs of multiple types of missile pyrotechnics testing in the relay level and the rear warehouse. Based on the analysis of test requirements,the design scheme is proposed,and the test circuit is designed,and the simulation analysis is presented,and the testing process is given. The test security is also analyzed. The results show that the test instrument can meet the needs of many types of missile pyrotechnics and ensure the safety of the test.
