生物燃料乙醇产业国内发展现状与国际经验及相关建议

International Experience, Domestic Progress and Related Suggestions for the Development of the Bio-fuel Ethanol Industry

本文对美国和巴西两个国家生物燃料乙醇发展的经验进行了总结,同时对我国生物燃料乙醇产业的现状进行了分析,重点回顾了我国推动生物燃料乙醇产业发展所采取的主要措施,指出了该产业发展面临的一系列障碍。通过对新形势的分析,做出了我国生物燃料乙醇将迎来一次快速发展机遇期的判断。在总结国内外经验的基础上,提出了推动我国生物燃料乙醇产业发展的相关建议。

This paper firstly summarizes the experience of the United States and Brazil in promoting the development of bio-fuel ethanol. At the same time, the development status of China＇s bio-fuel ethanol industry is analyzed, and reviews the main measures used to promote the development of China＇s bio-fuel ethanol industry and the obstacles faced by the industry. Through the analysis of new situation in the advancing of the industry, this paper argues that China＇s bio-ethanol is confronted with a fast-growing opportunity. Finally, taking domestic and foreign experience into consideration, this paper puts forwards some related suggestion to promote China＇s bio-fuel ethanol industry.
