生产性服务业与区域经济的协调发展:以中部地区为例

Coordinated Development of Productive Service Industry and Regional Economy: A Case Study in the Central China

基于耦合协调模型测算中部地区生产性服务业与区域经济系统的耦合协调度值,并基于灰色关联模型测算分析二者的协调发展状况、水平及系统内部因素的协调水平。结果发现:生产性服务业与区域经济协调发展的耦合度不够,生产性服务业对区域经济发展的支持力度不够。应通过加大中部地区生产性服务业开放力度,提高产业聚集水平,加大固定资产投资,完善社会保障体系,为提升生产性服务业与区域经济协调发展水平注入活力和能量。

Based on the coupled-coordinated model, the coupled degree of coordination between the productive service industry and the regional economic system in the central China was calculated. And based on the grey relational model, the coordinated development status, level, and coordination level of the internal factors were measured and analyzed. As a result, it has been found that the degree of coupling between the coordinated development of productive service industry and regional economy is insufficient, and the support for producer services for regional economic development is insufficient. We should increase the opening-up of the productive service industry in the central China, raise the level of industrial aggregation, increase investment in fixed assets,improve the social security system, and inject vitality and energy into the coordinated development level of the productive service industry and the regional economy.
