摘要
消费者在面临转基因食品时选购决策所存在的模糊性,使传统基于冯诺依曼选择公理体系下的研究方法不再适用。针对这一问题,利用非可加容度构建CEU(Choquet Expected Utility)期望效用模型详细分析影响消费者行为选择的因素,以此作为宏观公共政策分析的消费者微观行为学基础。在此基础上,进一步分析标识政策的选择和制定,分别以购买人群比例和福利水平为考察指标,通过引入信念更新,构建消费者购买行为对标识政策产生和变化的完整反应链条,试图为我国标识政策的选择提供政策参考依据。
The Von Neumann's axiomatic selection system is no longer suitable for explaining consumers' behavior on buying genetically modified food since people are faced with ambiguity. In order to solve this question, this paper analyzes the factors that influence consumers' behavior by introducing the neo-additive Choquet Expected Utility function model, which forms the micro-level foundation for further analyzing the macro-level labeling policies. Based on these, we evaluate the selection of labeling policies from the perspective of proportion of buying different foods and social welfare. At last, this paper gives the complete response chain of consumers ' purchasing behavior on the generation and change of labeling policies by introducing belief updating, which tries to provide reference for selecting labeling policies in China.
