混合所有制办学背景下高职院校教学模式分析

职业教育快速发展,需要不同形式的资本相互融合,以做到优势互补,实现社会资源的有效运用。高职院校现阶段的教育模式忽略了实践在学习中的巩固作用,不利于技术技能型人才的培养。高职院校与优秀企业联合,探索多种形式的混合所有制办学方式,在高校、企业、政府层面强化合作与沟通,在教学中注重综合实践技能的培养与提升,进一步打消顾虑,兼顾收益,为进一步发展和深化高职院校混合所有制办学拓宽路径。

The rapid development of professional education demands for an integration of different forms of capital to fulfill an effective use of social resources.The writer of this paper argues for an improvement of the teaching mode of vocational colleges in terms of consolidation of practice in learning.Meanwhile,a vocational college should combine with a top enterprise or a government department for an exploration of mixed ownership.
