总体国家安全观的理念丰富和发展了高校安全教育工作的内涵,对高校安全教育工作具有指导意义,高校安全稳定工作是社会安全稳定工作的重要组成部分。近年来,高校安全管理工作量大,开放化的办学空间,商业化信息化的校园环境,校园安全稳定问题越来越突出。重视安全文化建设,强化安全宣传,加强高校安全管理队伍建设,以确保高校安全稳定工作扎实有效。

The concept of the national security enriches the safety education in universities,as the guiding basis.Safety in higher education institutions is an important part of social security,and the university security personnel are faced with an intensified workload of security as the open education,commercialization and informatization have become increasingly prominent.Countermeasures need to be taken to secure the safety in higher education institutions.
