高职院校学生生源构成复杂,文化知识积累偏少,其专业就业弹性和广泛性相对较弱,影响了学生综合能力的提升和可持续发展,加强中华优秀传统文化建设,是提升职业教育水平,培养高素质技术技能型人才的必要。把握高职院校课堂特点,立足于教育教学平台和载体,系统开设显性课程和隐性课程,推进中华优秀传统文化在高职院校的传承与发展,提高高职院校人才培养的有效性。

As vocational college students are less brilliant in background,poorer in learning and employment which affects their comprehensive and sustainable development,the writers of this paper argue for construction of traditional Chinese classical culture to promote their overall quality.Concrete measures include reforms on classroom teaching,improvement of moral education,and opening explicit and recessive courses to enhance the inheritance Chinese classical culture.
