摘要 随着社会老龄化和城市化进程加快,受多种心血管疾病危险因素影响,中国心血管疾病患病率持续上升,其中冠心病患者高达1 100万人。随着经皮冠状动脉介入治疗和冠状动脉旁路移植术等技术的发展,冠心病患者生存率明显升高。但尽管接受最佳的药物、介入及手术治疗,术后反复发作的心绞痛仍严重降低患者的生活质量。多项临床和基础研究证实,作为传统治疗方法的补充,体外低能量心脏震波治疗能有效缓解患者心绞痛症状,改善左心室功能。本文将详细介绍心脏震波治疗的生物学机制。 With the aging of society and the acceleration of urbanization in China,the prevalence of cardiovascular disease(CVD) is constantly rising as a result of increased exposure to CVD risk factors. The amount of patients with diagnosed coronary artery disease(CAD) is up to 11 million. Both percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) and coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) have improved the survival of CAD patients. However,despite optimal pharmacological,interventional and surgical therapy,end stage CAD patients often suffer from refractory angina which seriously impairs the quality of life. Low-energy cardiac shock wave therapy(CSWT),as a supplement of conventional therapies,can effectively alleviate the symptom of angina and improve left ventricular function,which is suggested by quite a few clinical and basic experiments. This article will explain the biological mechanisms of CSWT in detail.
