Application of Chromatographic Separation Technology to Recover Sugar in Sugar Industry

摘要 色谱分离技术是目前应用非常广泛的分离技术。本文介绍了色谱分离技术的原理及在制糖工业生产中糖分回收方面的应用,比较了包含有色谱分离技术回收糖分的制糖新工艺的技术特点及使用效果,并和传统制糖工艺相比展望了它在制糖行业中的应用前景。 Chromatographic separation is a widely used separation technology. This paper introduces the princi- ple of chromatographic separation technology and the applications of the technology to recover sugar in sugar in- dustry. This paper compares the technical characteristic and effect of some new process in sugar recovery, also including the chromatographic separation technology. The chromatographic separation technology has better appli- cation prospect compared with the traditional sugar- making technologyin the sugar industry.
