重离子加速器照射恶性黑色素瘤的疗效观察 被引量:2

Efficacy of heavy ion accelerator irradiation for malignant melanoma

摘要 目的探讨重离子加速器照射恶性黑色素瘤的疗效。方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月间江西省九江171医院收治的80例恶性黑色素瘤患者进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方式不同将患者分为传统放射治疗组和重离子加速器组,每组40例,统计分析两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果重离子加速器组患者中,完全缓解12例,部分缓解20例,总缓解率为80.0%(32/40);传统放射治疗组患者中,完全缓解9例,部分缓解15例,总缓解率为60.0%(24/40)。重离子加速器组患者的总缓解率高于传统放射治疗组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重离子加速器组患者中,皮肤起水泡2例,皮肤破溃1例,不良反应发生率为7.5%(3/40);传统放射治疗组患者中,皮肤起水泡4例,皮肤破溃2例,血小板减少1例,白细胞减少1例,不良反应发生率为20.0%(8/40)。重离子加速器组患者的不良反应发生率低于传统放射治疗组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重离子加速器照射恶性黑色素瘤的疗效较传统放射治疗显著,可在临床推广使用。 Objective To observe the effect of heavy ion accelerator irradiation on malignant melanoma. Methods Eighty patients with malignant melanoma treated at Jiujiang No. 171 Hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly selected. These patients were divided into the conventional radiotherapy group and heavy ion accelerator group with 40 patients in each group. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed in the two groups. Results In the heavy ion accelerator group,complete remission was realized in 12 patients,and partial remission was realized in 20 patients.The total remission rate was 80. 0%( 32/40). In the conventional radiotherapy group,complete remission was realized in 9 patients and partial remission was realized in 15 patients. The total remission rate was60. 0%( 24/40). The total remission rate was significantly higher in the heavy ion accelerator group than in the traditional radiotherapy group( P〈 0. 05). In the heavy ion accelerator group,skin blisters occurred in2 patients,skin ulceration occurred in 1 patient and the incidence of adverse reaction was 7. 5%( 3/40).In the conventional radiation therapy group,skin blisters occurred in 4 patients,skin ulceration occurred in2 patients,thrombocytopenia occurred in 1 patient,leukopenia occurred in 1 patient,and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 20. 0%( 8/40). The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the heavy ion accelerator group than in the conventional radiotherapy group( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion The efficacy of heavy ion accelerator irradiation for malignant melanoma is more significant than conventional radiotherapy. It is worthy of clinical popularization.
