近十年恶性肿瘤中医治则治法进展

Development on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment to Malignant Tumour during Recent Decade of Years

以恶性肿瘤及中医药为关键词查阅文献,归纳总结近十年临床医家对恶性肿瘤所采取的治则治法。恶性肿瘤总的治疗原则可概括为扶正祛邪,而具体的治法方药各个医家根据自身临床经验体会则各有偏重。恶性肿瘤治则治法的确立应当基于明辨患者的正邪盛衰为前提,并将患者所接受的现代医学治疗方案纳入考量,以达到个体化、精准治疗。

By indexing key words of literature in malignant and traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）,this paper is to conclude clinical doctors＇ treatment principals and methods to malignant tumour by recent decade of years. The treatment principles could concluded into strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors,while each doctor could have unique emphasis on concrete treatment methods,formulas by their own clinical experience. The confirmation of treatment principals and methods to malignant tumour should be based on patients＇ condition of body resistance and pathogenic factors,including modern medical therapy plans accepted by patients in order to individual,precise treatment.
