司法大数据中蕴藏着司法处遇、社会治理的事实与规律,并构成了当前学术研究新的知识增长点。当前我国司法大数据应用方兴未艾,云计算、犯罪地图、大数据分析、人工智能辅助裁判、数据共享等科技创新层出不穷,这些科技创新成为新时代提升社会治理、犯罪治理能力的推动力量。同时,司法大数据应用亦存在观念陈旧、应用深度不足等诸多问题。对此,转变司法大数据的应用思维,施展数据巧实力,推动"政法云"建设,构成了改进司法大数据应用的有益举措。

The innovation of science and technology such as cloud computing, crime map, large data analysis, Artificial Intelligence Aided referee and data sharing has become an impetus to promote social governance and crime control in the new era.At the same time, the application of judicial large data also has many problems, such as outmoded concepts,inadequate application depth and so on. For these, Changing the application thinking of judicial big data, developing smart power and promoting the construction of ＂judicial cloud＂, constitute a useful measure to improve the application of judicial large data.
