2011～2016年成都地区21家医院氟尿嘧啶类抗肿瘤药使用情况分析

Analysis on Utilization of Antitumor Fluorouracil Drugs in 21 Hospitals of Chengdu from 2011 to 2016

目的:评价2011~2016年成都地区21家医院氟尿嘧啶类抗肿瘤药的使用情况。方法:调取成都地区21家医院2011~2016年氟尿嘧啶类抗肿瘤药的相关用药信息,统计分析药物剂型、使用金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)及药品排序比(B/A)。结果:2011~2016年成都地区21家医院氟尿嘧啶类抗肿瘤药的总使用金额和DDDs逐年增长,替吉奥使用金额最高,卡培他滨次之,氟尿嘧啶DDDs最高,替吉奥次之。从使用金额排序来看,替吉奥连续5年排名均为第1;从DDDs排序来看,卡培他滨连续6年排名均为第4;氟尿嘧啶类抗肿瘤药的DDC及排序相对稳定,氟尿苷的B/A值为1.00,表明其使用金额与DDDs的同步性较好。结论:成都地区医院氟尿嘧啶类抗肿瘤药使用符合安全、有效、经济的原则。

Objective： To investigate the utilization of fluorouracil durgs in 21 hospitals of Chengdu from 2011 to 2016. Methods：The utilization information of fluorouracil durgs in 21 hospitals of Chengdu from 2011 to 2016 was extracted,and the dosage form,consumption sum,defined daily doses（ DDDs）,defined daily cost（ DDC） and drug sequence ratio（ B/A） were analyzed statistically.Results： From 2011 to 2016,the total consumption sum and DDDs of fluorouracil drugs increased year by year. The consumption sums of tegafur gimeracil and oteracil potassium were the highest followed by capecitabine. The DDDs of fluorouracil was the highest followed by tegafur gimeracil and oteracil potassium. As for the sum sequence,tegafur gimeracil and oteracil potassium ranked the first in the five consecutive years; as for the DDDs sequence,capecitabine ranked the fourth in the six consecutive years. The DDC and sorting of fluorouracil drugs were relatively stable,and the B/A value of floxuridine was 1. 00,showing its promising synchronism of consumption amount and DDDs. Conclusion： The utilization of fluorouracil drugs in 21 hospitals of Chengdu is accordance with the principles of safety,effectiveness,economy and convenience.
