摘要
对驱油聚合物水溶液黏度的影响因素进行考察,结果表明,配制聚合物时转速控制在500 r/min;Fe2+与Fe3+对聚合物黏度影响大;聚合物通过多孔介质时,渗透率越小剪切降解越严重;p H为9时,聚合物黏度最高。为油田配注聚丙烯酰胺水溶液的参数优化提供参考和依据,对提高聚合物驱的效果和效益具有一定的指导意义。
The factors affecting the viscosity of the aqueous solution of polymer for oil displacement was studied. The results of study have shown that Fe^2+ and Fe^3+ affect the viscosity of polymer greatly when the rotation speed was controlled at 500 r/min when preparing the polymer solution,the shear degradation is severer with smaller permeability when the polymer solution flows through a porous medium,and the viscosity of polymer solution is the highest when the p H value is 9. This study has provided the reference and basis for the optimization of the parameters of aqueous solution of HPAM prepared for use in oilfield,and has the guiding significance for improve the effect and benefit of polymer flooding system.
