我院自1989年2月份至12月份,根据北京市耳鼻喉科研究所李新吾教授针刺蝶腭神经节的方法,探索并大胆试用于临床,在单刺基础上,附加电麻仪刺激治疗153例,疗效显著,兹报道如下。临床资料153例中副鼻窦炎30例,过敏性鼻炎50例,

In the treatment,Quanliao is preseribed,3-cun-long filiform needle in gauge 28 is thrusted atthe lower border of the Zygoma,and then theneedle is slowly inserted upward and medially inthe angle of 15 degree.The needle is in the angleof 75 degree with the skin.The depth of theinsertion is 7.3 centimetres for adults and 6.3 cen-timetres for children.The needling sensation ofsoreness,numbness,distention or ever pain can beobtained and can be propagated to the root of theear or the throat.Then,the needle is connectedwith the electric apparatus,and the intensity of thecurrent is adjustable according to patients′ tolerance.The needle is retained for 20 minutes.The needlingis once weekly and 3 sessions constitute one course.Those with unsatisfactory effect can be treatedTwice a week.As the result,111 cases were cured(72.5%),31 were markedly effective(20.3%),3were improved(2%),and 8 unchanged(5.2%),The acupuncturist must be well knowledgable withthe cloal anatomy,so as to grasp the accuratedirection and depth of needle insertion.
