大黄甘草汤类方辨证灌肠治疗脓毒症肠功能障碍的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Rhubarb and Licorice Decoction with syndrome differentiation enema for the treatment of sepsis with intestinal dysfunction

目的研究大黄甘草汤类方辨证灌肠治疗脓毒症肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 60例脓毒症肠功能障碍患者,采用随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规西医疗法治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用大黄甘草汤类方辨证灌肠治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗前后肠功能障碍评分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组患者的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者肠功能障碍评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者肠功能障碍评分为(3.54±0.54)分,低于对照组患者的(6.19±0.78)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脓毒症肠功能障碍的治疗中,采用大黄甘草汤类方辨证灌肠治疗的方法 ,能够提高治疗效果,有效缓解肠功能障碍症状,临床效果十分显著。

Objective To research the clinical effect of Rhubarb and Licorice Decoction with syndrome differentiation enema for the treatment of sepsis with intestinal dysfunction. Methods A total of 60 sepsis patients with intestinal dysfunction were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random grouping method, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine therapy, patients in the observation group were treated with Rhubarb and Licorice Decoction with syndrome differentiation enema on the basis of control group. The clinical effect, intestinal dysfunction score before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 66.67% of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the intestinal dysfunction score before treatment between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the intestinal dysfunction score of observation group was （3.54 ± 0.54） scores, which was significantly lower than （6.19 ± 0.78） scores of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of Rhubarb and Licorice Decoction with syndrome differentiation enema for the treatment of sepsis with intestinal dysfunction, can improve the therapeutic effect and relieve the symptoms of intestinal dysfunction effectively. The clinical effect is very significant.
