研究中医内外兼治女性乳腺囊性增生的效果

Effect research of internal and external treatment of female breast cystic hyperplasia with traditional Chinese medicine

目的分析对女性乳腺囊性增生患者行以中医内外兼治的效果。方法 31例女性乳腺囊性增生患者,随机分为对照组(15例)和研究组(16例)。对照组患者行乳癖消胶囊治疗,研究组患者行中医内外兼治。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后导管直径、腺体厚度。结果研究组临床总有效率为93.75%,对照组临床总有效率为60.00%,研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后两组患者导管直径、腺体厚度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对女性乳腺囊性增生患者行以中医内外兼治效果良好。

Objective To analyze the effect of internal and external treatment of female breast cystic hyperplasia patients with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 31 patients with female breast cystic hyperplasia were randomly divided into the control group for 15 cases and the research group for 16 cases. The control group was treated with Breast Masses Clearing Capsule, the research group was given internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. The treatment effect, the catheter diameter and gland thickness before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of research group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than 60.00% of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences in the catheter diameter and gland thickness between the two groups before and after treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of internal and external treatment of female breast cystic hyperplasia patients with traditional Chinese medicine has good effect.
