补中益气丸治疗免疫紊乱型习惯性流产的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of Buzhong Yiqi Pills for the treatment of immune disorder type habitual abortion

目的研究补中益气丸治疗免疫紊乱型习惯性流产患者的临床效果。方法 100例免疫紊乱型习惯性流产患者,随机分为中药组和西药组,每组50例。西药组患者给予黄体酮治疗,中药组患者给予补中益气丸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后性激素及免疫指标水平。结果治疗后,两组患者孕激素、雌激素水平均高于本组治疗前,且中药组孕激素(119.01±14.23)nmol/L、雌激素(82.13±15.25)pmol/L均高于西药组的(69.01±14.23)nmol/L、(52.13±12.01)pmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组患者CD4+水平高于西药组,CD8+水平低于西药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补中益气丸治疗免疫紊乱型习惯性流产患者的临床疗效比较显著,能够有效提高患者的免疫功能,使患者的性激素水平得到改善,在临床上易于推广。

Objective To research the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Pills for the treatment of immune disorder type habitual abortion. Methods A total of 100 patients with immune disorder type habitual abortion were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group, 50 eases in each group. The Western medicine group was treated with luteosterone, the Chinese medicine group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Pills. The levels of sex hormones and immune indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of sex hormones and immune indexes of two groups were significantly higher than before treatment, and those in the Chinese medicine group were （119.01 ±14.23） nmol/L, （82.13 ± 15.25） pmol/L respectively, which were significantly higher than （69.01 ± 14.23） nmol/L and （52.13 ± 12.01） pmol/L in the Western medicine group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the CD4＋ level of Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than Western medicine group, the CD8＋ level of Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than Western medicine group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Buzhong Yiqi Pill for the treatment of patients with immune disorder type habitual abortion is remarkable. It can effectively improve the immune function and level of sex hormone of patients, which is easy to be popularized in clinical.
